Hi Larissa,
Very generous of you and creative too! I tried to get a copy of several templates. I clicked , they opened, then I tried “Use template” when I couldn’t find the download button or file/Make a copy.
Please advise. and thank you again!
Hi Carol,
Thank you for the head’s up. I’ve looked into it and hopefully, I can help!
I tried from my iPhone and for some reason that didn’t work for me. Not sure if that’s what you tried…
Otherwise, when I opened on a computer the few I tested worked fine, when you click “Use Template” your copy should automatically open with the same title as the original except it’s in your Google Drive with your ownership. It won’t say “Copy of..” like when you open the “make a copy” way.
One other thing is to be sure you’re logged into a Google account when you try.
That’s all I can think of right now. I hope this helps. If not, feel free to drop me a line at larissaaradj@gmail.com with more details and we can try to figure it out or I can send you copies directly if that helps.
Cheers, have a great day!
Larissa
